Apple Pork Chops with Stuffing

This is a recipe that Sherry actually gave to me! It is probably the easiest dinner that I know how to make. You can't beat pork + apples! I usually make a half recipe in a smaller-than-square glass dish. Bread pans are a good size for 2 chops, too (good way to season stoneware!). Sorry about the pork, though, Mrs. Rez!

1 box pork stuffing (6oz)
1 can apple pie filling (21oz)
4-6 pork chops

1. Make stuffing according to box directions and set aside.
2. Pour apple pie filling onto the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan
3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then lightly brown them in a skillet
4. Place pork on top of apple pie filling
5. Top each one with a mound of stuffing
6. Bake at 350degF for 40-45 minutes
7. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer
